Here is what you need to do

Order the hardware

To play the Puma soundtrack in your store, you need to order and install a HearDis! music player.

Get in touch with us to order the in-store music hardware (music player):

For a single player order, please use these order forms:
For a bulk player order (2+ players), you can send an email to puma@heardis.com, providing the following information:
- - Store name & address
  - Store type, (re)opening date and general opening days/hours
  - Store manager contact details
  - Delivery deadline & address (if different from store location)
  - Recipient contact details if not store manager
  - Power adapter type
  - Billing information
Please note that all players are configured with the right music content and tailored to your needs as per service package agreement
Average lead time from order placement to hardware delivery:
28 working days.
