The in-store music service you are receiving is based on a tailored music profile, specifically designed for the Puma stores. If you detect music tracks deemed inappropriate or unsuitable, please capture the date and time and notify us:

If you want to use the media player at a different store location other than originally assigned, then please notify us at puma@heardis.com
Media Player Return
If a store is closing permanently and you have no further use for the media player elsewhere, please return the hardware to us, including supplied power adapter and cables (see scope of delivery).
We kindly ask you to carefully package the hardware (surrounded by cushioning material) to avoid any damage during transport.
