• The server cabinet/rack is the perfect place to install the media player

• Leave enough space around the device to allow for proper ventilation

• Do not cover the device and keep it dry and clean (dust-free)

The device should always be running (24/7) and never be powered off, even if the store is closed over night or a weekend:

• A permanent power supply is needed

• The white light at the player front panel indicates that the device is running

If, for any reason, the device has to be turned off or a system restart is necessary, push the button at the player front panel:

• After a few seconds the white light goes out and the music player will be turned off

• Re-start the player after a few seconds

It's possible to connect with the media player within the same network via a browser and see additional information about the music content (music track being played) and the player status.

• Search for the internal IP address (router, DHCP table) of the player,
  e.g. 192.168.100.129

• Add ":8000/audioInfo/status"

• Visit this page, e.g. http://192.168.100.129:8000/audioInfo/status
